C and I returned from Radium BC Wednesday evening to a hot and humid Edmonton and a hot and stuffy house.
The trip itself, though, was great. Radium is beautiful and the Redstreak campground is fantastic with lots of trees around and between the sites so you don’t feel like you’re camping in a big parking lot with no privacy. I wouldn’t really describe myself as an avid camper, but we bought a used trailer last year for a trip down into Oregon and I found the experience to be much better than previous tenting adventures so we decided to hold onto it for a while.
You can also walk down to the natural hot springs from the campground, though we skipped it this trip since my calf is still bothering me a bit and tends to flare up when climbing hills.
